Epoxy Plating Construction:
Lighter, stiffer and stronger. The Epoxy Plating Construction process combines conventional wisdom with the latest surfboard construction methods. Stringered EPS blanks, which ensure a stiff and familiar flex pattern, are precision shaped and glassed with Epoxy resin and fibreglass. The use of EPS in the core creates a significant reduction in weight allowing heavier gauge cloth in the lamination process.
The result is a surfboard with all the positive flex characteristics of a standard PU surfboard, with far greater strength and therefore durability. The improved lightness allows you to push your performance levels on a board that will outlast almost any custom board you can buy.
